Exchange Policy

If you would like to Replace or Exchange a product?

If the size you ordered doesn't fit or you want to exchange the ordered product with a different product, please follow these steps:

  1. Confirm by contacting us, if the new size is available. You will needed to share your Order ID with us. If the size is available, then follow below listed steps.
  2. Pack the product in its original package with original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories
  3. You will be required to ship/deliver the packet back to the return address (Provided on the package). Please note that, shipping charges are non-refundable.
  4. Once we receive the product, we will send the new size.

Please note that this process may take 2-4 working days after receiving your returned product.


Returns Policy

If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window (normally 3-5 business days after you have recieved the parcel). Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.

 

Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and without any flaws. Clothing products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn and should be okay to return
  • The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories (if applicable)
  • The product must be returned in the original and undamaged packaging or box

Return Procedure

  1. Pack the product in its original package with original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories
  2. You will be required to ship/deliver the packet back to the return address (provided on the package). Please note that, shipping charges are non-refundable
  3. Once we receive the product, we will contact you to proceed with the refunds
  4. Refunds are normally made using Eaisy Paisa

Issuance of Refunds

The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. The expected processing time mentioned below is after we have received your product (2-3 working days).
